 Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the date entered below by and between Christal Saunders (the "Coach") and The Client (Information entered below) (the "Client").

Purpose of Coaching: The purpose of the coaching relationship is to support the Client in achieving wholistic business strategy and planning as identified by the Client .

The Coach will use various coaching tools and techniques to support the Client in reaching their goals.

Scope of Services: The Coach will provide the following services to the Client:

  • 3 coaching sessions per month - Total Of Nine Sessions Per contract term

  • Each coaching session will be approximately 90 min in length

  • Sessions will be conducted via zoom unless otherwise agreed upon by the coach and client

Coaching Goals: The Client and Coach will jointly develop specific coaching goals at the beginning of the coaching relationship. These goals may be modified as the coaching relationship progresses.

Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality with respect to all information shared by the Client during the coaching relationship. The Coach will not disclose any information to any third party without the Client's written consent.

Fees and Payment: The fee for coaching services is $1500 per quarter at $500 a month. Or if Paid in Full $1400

First Payment is due before the first session can be scheduled and monthly payments will be automatically deducted on the same day of the month as the original enrollment date.

Clients Must have a B.E Suite Subscription in order to participate in this program. Current coaching clients get a $200 monthly discount on B.E Suite Elite while actively enrolled in coaching.

Termination: Either the Coach or the Client may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This Agreement shall be effective as of the date signed by both parties and shall continue until terminated by either party.
